Hey all!
I love yoga! I love what it’s done for me and I’m overjoyed over what it’s done for the courageous individuals I’ve guided over the years. Soon after falling in love with it, I mentally committed myself to one day share the tools and skills that have benefited both myself and the individuals I work with. That time has come and it’s allowing me to further assist others in becoming more fully aware of their intuitive, authentic and powerful selves for the benefit of their yoga classes, personal life and the world itself. One shift, makes numerous shifts and one empowered being has the potential of empowering countless others. That’s where the power of this work truly exists!
That’s why I’m so excited that the other day myself and three AMAZING Yoga Teachers (Phoebe Miller, Samantha Fulton & Corinna Richard-Farzan) held our first info session for prospective 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainees.
If you’re interested in this integrative yoga experience that emphasize bringing yoga into the world then be sure to reach out and sign up for one of our next two info sessions held on…
