This class is part of nOMad’s Weekly Summer Series. It’s going to be another beautiful melding of intentional movement and breath with nOMad’s Core Teachers. Together we’ll be leading you through a fluid and themed class in the beautiful Beacon Long Dock Park by the gorgeous Hudson River (Rain or Shine). Every time the four of us get together magic happens and I’m thoroughly looking forward to being of service alongside these skilled and powerful teachers.
