SUMMER CONTINUES…with another outdoor class!!!
I LOVE whenever I get to go back to Sportsplex Gym (New Windsor, NY) as it’s in many ways a home away from home for me. I taught there for a number of years and it’s warm and beautifully setup gym with a wonderful cafe and a truly kind, supportive and helpful staff.
This special class will include a cleansing vinyasa flow offered by yours truly. Additionally, I’ll be teaching alongside the on point and live DJ H2O. Yes! DJ H2O and I are “BACK AT IT AGAIN”! He’ll be playing uplifting and easeful tracks based on the intuitive flow and I’ll be offering transitions and ponderings based on his inspiring tunes. SPX Gym is a great space (and cool in so many ways…they sell wine lol and AWESOME smoothies) We’ll both be there this upcoming Friday, July 29th at 6PM (RAIN or SHINE) as a part of their outdoor Summer Series. This class is FREE…I repeat…FREE and open to the public (you don’t need a gym membership to experience it).
DJ H2O and I are both excited to offer this opportunity and strongly encourage you to bring some fellow yogis with you (class is open to both seasoned and beginner students) as it’s surely going to be a fun evening,of yoga, music,and relaxation.
