Stress Management Techniques for Organizations & College Students
Remaining Calm in the Storm is a down to earth and experiential 2 part workshop in which participants get to engage in and experience various breathing and mindfulness techniques to de-stress their lives and enhance their work. Additionally, by training in mindfulness techniques, participants increase their opportunities for creative challenge solving, spontaneous cognition, intuitive discernment and transformative leadership.
During this workshop, participants also learn about the detrimental effects that stress has on the human body, relationships and productivity while developing techniques to nurture rather than damage or diminish them.
